SELF-AWARENESS BEGINS WITH PAYING ATTENTION TO WHAT IS HAPPENING INSIDE.
PSYCHOTHERAPY IS A SPACE FOR DIALOGUE, REFLECTION, AND CHANGE

ANY EMOTIONAL DISCOMFORT DESERVES ATTENTION

AND FIRST AND FOREMOST, YOUR OWN.

Seeking professional help is not a sign of weakness, but a form of self-care. Sometimes it’s an opportunity to better understand what exactly is causing your stress, anxiety, or dissatisfaction, to make sense of your feelings and needs, and to gradually regain a sense of inner strength, wholeness, and peace

You don’t have to know in advance whether you’ll need long-term therapy. You can start with a single session—to get to know the therapist, listen to your own feelings, and see how well this approach to communication and therapy suits you.

The first step is often the hardest… The unknown can cause doubts and anxiety. But simply having the opportunity to talk about what’s troubling you in a safe and supportive space can be the start of important changes.

Psychotherapy doesn't promise instant solutions. It's a process in which greater clarity, awareness, and the ability to choose how to move forward in life gradually emerge.

WHAT TO EXPECT FROM YOUR FIRST SESSION

INTRODUCTION: The first session begins with a simple introduction and a conversation about what has led you to seek psychotherapy at this particular time. The session lasts 50 minutes.

YOUR CONCERNS: Together, we’ll identify what’s troubling you, what issues you’d like to explore, and what you’d like to focus on

A CONVERSATION AT YOUR OWN PACE: There’s no need to prepare the “right” words in advance or tell me everything at once. You decide what you’re ready to share and where to start.

UNDERSTANDING NEXT STEPS: At the end of the session, we discuss what might be helpful moving forward and what kind of working format might suit you best.

CONFIDENTIALITY: This is one of the core principles of my psychotherapeutic practice and is upheld in accordance with professional and legal standards.

WHAT TO SEEK HELP FOR

It’s not always easy to figure out on your own what exactly is going on and whether you need professional help.

Seeking help from a psychotherapist may be prompted by anxiety, inner tension, emotional exhaustion, relationship difficulties, life changes, or the feeling that your usual ways of coping are no longer working.

Sometimes, the feeling itself is enough: “I’m going through a tough time right now, and I want to figure out why.”

You don’t need a diagnosis or a clearly defined problem to seek counseling.
